What will you do
- As an overall lead for Construction Management Department. Will be accountable for timely completion of all projects.
- Manage the team of Construction Managers, Engineers and Supervisors. Responsible for allocation of resources at various site in Indonesia.
- Monitoring of Project Progress with respect to the base plan, review of catch up/ forecast plan to ensure on time completion of the projects.
- Support for Preparing Monthly reports to client and highlighting the areas of concerns hindering the progress of the project completion.
- Interaction with Clients, Various vendors and contractors to ensure the completion of Milestones of the Project as per schedule.
- Organize regular review meeting with Team / Sub Contractors for achieving the targets.
- Maintaining of Records of events for time extension and additional claims during project.
- To identify the Key risks or critical concerns during project life cycle and analyze and provide risk mitigation solutions.
- Regular interaction with client on all open points and closing out the same within time frame.
- Expedite with consultant/client for approval of the documents.
- Interacting with third party agencies appointed by both internal & client for material expediting and supply.
- Preparing / Review of PO and issuing WO for Sub-contractor.
- Expediting with Vendors for timely submission of documents, Inspection and delivery of the materials as per the technical requirements.
- Expediting Site contractors and sub-contractors, regular review meeting and escalating areas of concerns to top management for immediate actions.
- Reporting to ADAG. Weekly Status of all project sites to be provided
- Regular site visits to all sites

Will be based in Jakarta Office
What you bring
- Bachelor/Master degree majoring in Engineering
- Minimum experience 18+ years in industrial construction
- Required to have experience in Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals and FMCG projects
- Has strong sense of leadership and project management
- Enabling and cultivating Team spirit
- Experienced with Complaints handling for all activities (internal and/or external) in the Construction site.
- Wiling to travel frequently (50% or more) to project sites
